PREVIEW: History & Documents
The main screen for the Aerolib AI Tool is this screen, where new record reviews can be created. The screen also provides a list of all saved reviews with the name of the Patient Form used, date & time of creation & edits, name of the Reviewer, Patient Info, Appeal Strength Scores achieved, Letter status and Comments by Reviewers. The screen can be Sorted by date, Patient Name, Reviewer Name, or by entered Keywords. Each Review Form can be edited, viewed, downloaded as a PDF, emailed to any valid email address, or deleted.

Sort by Date Added: Newest First or Oldest First
Search for Reviews by Patient Name
Search for Reviews by Reviewer Name
Search for Reviews by entering a Keyword
See Date and Time of most recent edit with Reviewer’s Login email address, plus the Review File’s Database ID.
Current Appeal Assessment Scores: Prescreening and most recently Saved.
Current Appeal Letter Status (Yes/No with Date): Written, Sent, Downloaded.
